Remember my dad, the part-time cartoonist? Here's a bit of an update. In June last year, he was invited to put up an exhibition of his cartoons at the P. Ramlee Concert in conjunction with the Festival of Asia Performing Arts '97, held at Bras Basah Road, opposite the Singapore Arts Centre.
On 16 June 1997, he was featured in the Life! Community section of the Straits Times. The article was written by journalist Mafoot Moss Simon. Below, my dad proudly shows off the write-up before sending me off to camp (A dreary cold Monday morning, no doubt....)
